PEM Hydrogen fuel cell Prototype

Hydrogen is more than a buzzword—it’s a necessity for a cleaner future. I put one of the first pillars that hold the future of green energy, creating an efficient and scalable prototype for Proton exchange membrane based hydrogen fuel cell system. This innovation catered to the growing demand for mobile renewable energy solutions.

I played a key role in shaping the foundation of a scalable PEM fuel cell system, ensuring high efficiency while keeping manufacturing constraints in check. My work on bipolar plate topology optimization helped reduce material waste and improve durability, while CFD simulations enhanced hydrogen flow dynamics, ensuring maximum energy output.

Beyond design, I coordinated supplier collaboration, streamlined material procurement, and overlooked prototype testing, ensuring a feasible, industry-ready approach
